Documentation you can act on: material certifications, dimensional verification of critical features — including CMM inspection where specified — and quality records to your requirements. First articles and pilot runs are validated before production release, so surprises get caught at the source instead of on your receiving dock.

We contain the issue, correct it at the source, and manage the fix to completion — you don’t referee a dispute between a foundry, a machine shop, and a freight company.
