Design & Development
Manufacturability review before tooling is cut. Our team works with your engineers on material selection, geometry, and machining allowances — the decisions that set the piece price. Catching them at the drawing stage is the cheapest improvement you’ll ever make.
Tooling
We design, build, store, and maintain patterns, core boxes, and dies — inspected and refurbished before every run, so quality doesn’t drift between releases. Customer-owned tooling stays customer-owned: maintained, documented, and production-ready.
Machining & Finishing
CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, and grinders, with deep experience in grey and ductile iron. Because casting and machining are managed together, a subsurface issue is caught and corrected at the source — not discovered on your receiving dock. Critical dimensions are verified before parts ship.
Metal Fabrication
Castings integrated into fabricated assemblies — cutting, forming, and MIG, TIG, and robotic welding in carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum. One supplier holds the tolerances across the whole weldment, so cast and fabricated components fit the first time.
Painting
Powder coat, wet paint, plating, and protective treatments applied before delivery — no second vendor, no extra freight leg, no queue at your paint line. Finish and color are held consistent across every component in the assembly.
Sub-Assemblies
Bearings, bushings, seals, and hardware installed; components kitted; assemblies functionally tested before they ship. That labor comes off your floor, and what arrives goes straight to the line.
Supply Chain Management
You issue a PO to one U.S.-based company. GW handles the rest: supplier management, production oversight, inspection before shipment, customs, and freight. When conditions change — tariffs, capacity, lead times — we can move work between domestic and international sources without disrupting your supply.
Inventory Control & Fulfillment
We produce against your forecast, hold stock domestically, and release it the way you consume it — scheduled releases, JIT deliveries, or managed stocking programs with regular usage reporting. Inventory stays off your books and out of your floor space, your cash stays free, and a months-long overseas lead time becomes a days-long domestic one.
